What am I responsible for?

  • New business development.
  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Interviewing both face to face and via the telephone.
  • Qualifying candidates and creating a shortlist.
  • Arranging interviews and briefing candidates on the position and company.
  • Negotiating with clients.
  • Agreeing terms of business.
  • Closing business.
  • Working closely with your mentor.
  • Hitting agreed targets.

What would the ideal candidate bring?

  • 6 months sales/ recruitment experience desirable.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Up for a challenge.
  • Highly self-motivated and organised, with strong administration skills.
  • See opportunity and achieve targets they didn’t think were possible.
