What am I responsible for?
- New business development.
- Sourcing candidates.
- Interviewing both face to face and via the telephone.
- Qualifying candidates and creating a shortlist.
- Arranging interviews and briefing candidates on the position and company.
- Negotiating with clients.
- Agreeing terms of business.
- Closing business.
- Working closely with your mentor.
- Hitting agreed targets.
What would the ideal candidate bring?
- 6 months sales/ recruitment experience desirable.
- Eager to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Up for a challenge.
- Highly self-motivated and organised, with strong administration skills.
