What am I responsible for?

  • Paid Media account management.
  • Paid Media sales enablement.
  • New product development management & support.
  • Day to day management of Paid Media account.
  • Manage monthly budgets & invoicing to ensure no overage/underage for your
    designated accounts.
  • Comfortable making decisions based on data to improve Paid Media performance.
  • Keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, display optimisations, product
    feed setup & manipulation (Google Shopping).
  • Problem solving & deep digging into account pain points.
  • Using GA4 to ensure you’re on top of tracking, multi-channel attribution & the
    holistic digital results of accounts (not just PPC/Paid Social).
  • Stay updated with industry trends.

What would the ideal candidate bring?

  • Shopping experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and implement best practices accordingly.
