An update from Connor

It has been a busy summer period, with lots of new clients onboard, many candidates placed in their dream roles and plenty of summer holidays!

As a result of inflation and the Cost of Living Crisis, we can see there’s a demand for higher wages and this is impacting businesses that are already suffering as a result of higher bills and increased demand for wage increases.

But it’s not all doom and gloom. We have seen an incredible amount of high-calibre candidates in the market, which is good news for you if you have roles to fill!
