What am I responsible for?
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to reach sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide them with the best possible insurance solutions for their needs.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure they are kept up to date with relevant insurance products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share knowledge and bestpractices.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure you are offering clients the most appropriate insurance solutions.
- Continuously improving knowledge and skills through ongoing training and
development opportunities.
