What am I responsible for?

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to reach sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide them with the best possible insurance solutions for their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure they are kept up to date with relevant insurance products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to share knowledge and bestpractices.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure you are offering clients the most appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Continuously improving knowledge and skills through ongoing training and
    development opportunities.
