Our client is a commercial insurance broker, specialist in B2B commercial insurance

What am I responsible for?

  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide
    appropriate recommendations
  • Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
  • Analyse the client’s current insurance policies and identify any gaps in
    coverage
  • Negotiate with insurance providers on behalf of clients to secure the best
    rates and terms
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and other necessary
    paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and
    resolving any issues that arise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance
    policies
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate
    leads

What would the ideal candidate bring?

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
    trust with clients
  • Knowledge of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health
    insurance
  • Ability to analyse client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Excellent negotiation skills to set preferred rates for clients
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it will allow for communication with a
    diverse client base
  • Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
