Our client is a commercial insurance broker, specialist in B2B commercial insurance
What am I responsible for?
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide
appropriate recommendations - Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
- Analyse the client’s current insurance policies and identify any gaps in
coverage - Negotiate with insurance providers on behalf of clients to secure the best
rates and terms - Assist clients in completing insurance applications and other necessary
paperwork - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and
resolving any issues that arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance
policies - Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and generate
leads
What would the ideal candidate bring?
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
trust with clients - Knowledge of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health
insurance - Ability to analyse client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Excellent negotiation skills to set preferred rates for clients
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it will allow for communication with a
diverse client base - Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
