What am I responsible for?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client goals, objectives, and expectations to develop effective digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and marketing, to deliver on client requirements.
  • Communicate client needs and project specifications to internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects and proactive communication throughout the process.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, best practices, and data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating them when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
