What am I responsible for?

- Communicate client needs and project specifications to internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects and proactive communication throughout the process.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, best practices, and data-driven insights.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating them when necessary.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
