Account Manager

Our client is a full service digital and public relations marketing agency.
What am I responsible for?
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for your clients and must be confident and speak with authority on campaign activity and provide valuable advice and counsel.
- Manage multiple client accounts
- Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Working closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and
communications - Update internal project management software
- Leverage technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed
expectations - Clear and detailed upward and downward briefing to deliver tactical
activities - Get to know your client needs, work to anticipate them and identify
new business opportunities within your portfolio - Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders - Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and
research - Demonstrable experience of running comms/marketing campaigns
across multiple client accounts - Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services
delivered by Strand PR. - Involved in pitching for new business and developing proposals
What would the ideal candidate bring?
Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager or similar role;
- Ideally agency experience or in-house managing multiple brands
- Capable of building strong relationships with our clients
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail
