What am I responsible for?
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients,
providing exceptional customer service and support. - Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic
recommendations and digital solutions. - Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed of project
progress, campaign performance, and industry insights. - Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and
marketing, to ensure client needs are met effectively. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any issues or concerns that
may arise. - Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key
metrics and progress toward goals. - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing
clients based on their needs. - Conduct regular client meetings (virtual or in-person) to review project status
and discuss future strategies. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
to provide valuable insights to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat
business and referrals.

- Proven work experience in an account management, client relations, or similar
role, preferably within a digital agency or related industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with

meet client needs. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools for client
account management. - Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe for client meetings
