What am I responsible for?

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients,
    providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic
    recommendations and digital solutions.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed of project
    progress, campaign performance, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and
    marketing, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any issues or concerns that
    may arise.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key
    metrics and progress toward goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing
    clients based on their needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual or in-person) to review project status
    and discuss future strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
    to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat
    business and referrals.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe for client meetings
